Molly is a licensed physical therapist with a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.

She has over seven years of specialized experience in outpatient pelvic floor physical therapy, working with patients across a wide range of conditions and life stages. In addition, she is certified in functional dry needling, allowing her to incorporate advanced techniques to address pain, muscle dysfunction, and movement impairments.

Outside of her professional practice, she lives on a family farm with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Sara is a licensed physical therapist graduating from Bellarmine University’s doctor of physical therapy program in 2016. She has an evidence-based foundation with special interest in neuro vestibular. She has 9 years of experience in neuro treating vertigo, balance for fall prevention, and headache. She treats orthopedics in acute care and outpatient settings including post-operative recovery, neck and back pain, and injuries. She is level II certified in Functional Dry Needling.

Her work history includes Norton Brownsboro in Louisville, then moving to her husband’s hometown to work at Health Pointe and Memorial Hospital now Deaconess Memorial Medical Center. Her personal treatment style includes a 1:1 focus, manual treatment techniques, and innovative strategies to meet individual patient needs. Launching a small practice is a dream come true! Outside the practice, she is a wife and a mother of 3 children. She enjoys challenging herself along side her active kiddos in martial arts, the PTO, and in community engagement events.
