Elizabeth is a licensed physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals move safely, confidently, and with dignity throughout every stage of life. Her approach to care centers on preserving independence, promoting functional mobility, and supporting overall wellness so patients can continue living meaningful, engaged lives in their homes and communities.
Elizabeth earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in 2017 and has spent her career working with individuals across a wide range of abilities and life stages. This experience shapes her thoughtful, individualized approach to care—allowing her to meet each patient where they are and support goals that matter in everyday life.
She works with adults across a broad spectrum of needs, including age-related changes in strength and balance, recovery following illness, injury, or surgery, and the physical challenges associated with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia and more. Her work focuses on maximizing independence and overall wellness by helping individuals build strength, improve balance and mobility, increase endurance, and move with greater confidence as they navigate orthopedic, neurologic, and age-related changes.
Elizabeth believes physical therapy is most effective when it is individualized, evidence-based, and rooted in real-world function. She partners closely with patients—and when appropriate, families and caregivers—to develop and achieve practical goals that support safety, mobility, comfort, and long-term independence. Her care emphasizes not only recovery, but sustainable movement strategies that enhance quality of life over time.
